Registered users of Blue Access for Members are encouraged to explore the Personal Health Manager*, an online suite of tools that helps you manage your health. With the Personal Health Manager you can:

  • Create a personal health record
  • Take a Health Risk Assessment
  • Access online health information
  • Request to receive targeted wellness information

Not only do you have access to the Personal Health Manager, Blue Access for Members also allows you to:

  • Check the status of a claim
  • Print a temporary ID card
  • View benefit highlights
  • Choose paperless Explanation of Benefits (EOB) claim statements

Blue Access for Members

Blue Access® for Members and the Personal Health Manager* are available only to members of the following Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance plans:

  • Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois
  • Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico
  • Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma
  • Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas

*If your plan does not include the Personal Health Manager, you can access health and wellness information and take a Health Risk Assessment via the "My Health" tab.
